Saint Luke's Clinical Supervisor in Kansas City, Missouri
Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse Supervisor for one of our clinics on the Plaza!
Candidates must have an RN license for both MO and KS, or a multi-state license, plus the BSN to be considered!
Monday - Friday; days only!
Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned. Supervise assigned clinical departments. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations. Assist clinical staff as needed. Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

Applicable Experience:
3-5 years
Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
Bachelor's Degree
