GROUNDSMAN I (Kannapolis, NC) - Full Time
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. In the slower season, worker will inventory supplies, clean and maintain equipment and perform snow removal using hand and power tools (only)No driving required .*Multiple Open Permanent Positions*
Position Requirements:
No education or experience required. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Some overtime and weekends required. The employer will provide free tools and equipment. The employer will provide free round-trip transport to client sites and back from the employers main office address. Required daily travel to various job sites located in Mecklenburg, Rowan, Gaston, Lincoln, Iredell and Union Counties in NC.
