POSITION SUMMARY
Changes the mindsets and attitudes of the people to think for improvement. Tracks and monitor Continuous Improvement processes. Provides tools & methods for improvement practices.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Custodian of Factory Key Performance Indicators & monthly reports
• Coordinator for Total Delivered Cost savings
• Custodian of Capacity Simulations
• Responsible for coordinating and auditing with stakeholders for update in Line Labor Standards.
• Assist Head of departments to initiate new problem-solving teams in their departments
• Responsible to keep momentum of improvement process in the factory
• Extend assistance to the factory in smooth execution of Annual Cost Estimate and Master Business Strategy Plans (Digitalization, Capacity Simulations etc.)
• Conduct benchmark study & evaluate gaps for improvement initiatives
• The job holder is responsible for practical implementation of process description activities based on Nestlé Quality Management System objectives and principles, review and improvements of KPI’s.
• Provide assistance for implementation of Nestlé Continous Excellence initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Estimates landings of critical KPI keeping in view current realities and production plans.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
• University degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical)
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in engineering or production
• Needs to have a challenging attitude which can initiative cost saving initiatives
• Ability to manage a number of teams and stakeholders
