What’s a typical day as a Sr. Project Management Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Coordinating multiple projects for a specific functional area.

• Acting as a lead on more complex projects.

• Implementing and coordinating complex projects as assigned.

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings with staff and/or outside contractors.

• Conducting and facilitating meetings.

• Developing project schedules and ensuring project timelines/deadlines are met.

• Tracking and documenting progress of projects.

• Monitoring project expenses.

• Providing administrative support as necessary to complete projects.

• Creating complex presentation materials and spreadsheets.

• Making recommendations and troubleshooting problems.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have an Associate's degree and 4 years of Project Management experience, or a High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Project Management experience.

• Have strong computer literacy and advanced skills in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.

• Are able to facilitate project meetings and create complex databases.

• Have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects at once.

• Have demonstrated ability in managing projects, problem-solving, and providing solutions.

• Can prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Can independently understand, follow, and implement complex instructions.

• Can interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Can use good judgment in making decisions.
