Job Summary
To maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible to ensure all machines and equipment are in good running condition and ready for production use. Daily support to Operation for machine or equipment break down.
Responsible to ensure that TPM is conducted (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc) for all machines and equipment to production technicians.
Responsible to ensure that spare parts and consumables of the machines and equipment are available to prevent any long break down.
Perform a multi-disciplined technical tasks to deliver incremental improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Maintain and record equipment data and history records to predict maintenance machine.
Perform electrical related tasks in order to comply with Malaysia Power Grid Department of Malaysia known as Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)’s requirements.
Serve as in-house consultant to develop technical specification for modification and improvement related to facility and equipment (F&E).
Coordinate with various stakeholder for general waste and scheduled waste collection and disposal.
Perform energy saving activity once facility in steady state and operational mode
Job Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Able to read and write in English.
Experience in logistics/warehouse field.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work alone and unsupervised and as part of a team.
Good problem solving skills.
Knowledge in SAP is added advantage.
Knowledge/experience in Dangerous Goods handling.
Experience in a similar role within the aviation industry, preferably in a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility or aerospace manufacturing environment.
Valid forklift license.
An appreciation for the HSE requirements of working in a warehousing/logistics environment.
