Spherion Johnstown is currently interviewing for a Loss Prevention Floor Monitor to join our Johnstown team.
This position requires previous experience in apprehension of shoplifters or police officer duties.
The role of the LPFM is to walk the store floor monitoring theft activity then reporting to Store Manager / Owner for police apprehension.

Duties:
- Provide surveillance and security by walking the sales floor and communicating with Department Managers.
- Investigate incidents and alarming behavior to the Store Manager and Owner.
- Monitor sales floor for suspicious activity
- Report unusual activity to the Store Manager
- Assist police in paperwork if necessary
- Maintain a high level of security to the public.
