CADD Technician - Civil Engineering

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Civil CADD Technician to come join our Engineering team in Johnstown, PA. The candidate will provide engineering design and drafting support for various civil site development projects from conceptual drawings to construction documents. This role will utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create existing conditions backgrounds and 3D surfaces from survey points, aerial mapping and reference drawings. Projects will include commercial, industrial, public works, historic, healthcare and educational facilities. Day to Day Responsibilites:
Design site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D in accordance with client standards;
Analyze surveys, reports, maps and other materials to identify best approach in developing and completing projects on time and within budget;
Research and review deeds, ordinances, field notes, municipal, state and federal codes to ensure compliance;
Collaborate with project engineers and design staff to address challenges and plan revisions.
