Pull weeds and grass from fields by hand or hoe; field grade onions and load onion trailers by hand; warehouse grade and pack onions, repair wooden onion crates. Must be able to lift 75lbs to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and be able to carry 75lbs in the field. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.

The employer will provide transportation at no cost to the workers from employer-provided housing at the beginning and end of each workday. The employer\'s transportation will be by a 4-door 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 passenger van with a seating capacity of 16. The daily transportation schedule will be communicated with the workers when known. The employer will be making multiple trips in order to transport the 22 employees with one vehicle which seats a total of 16 people.

For transportation to the place of employment from the place which the worker has come (i.e., inbound), and from the place of employment to the place form which the worker departed (i.e., outbound), the employer will pay for the airplane, bus, or private van ticket(s), depending on the most economical and necessary mode of transportation at the time of travel.
