Apprentice Maintenance Technician - Grounds keeping, UHS Wilson Medical Center United Health Services is seeking a Apprentice Maintenance Technician - Grounds keeping to join our WMC Facilities Maintenance department at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$17.19 - $24.42 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Works under direct supervision on a variety of tasks to repair, maintain, or replace components of the Hospital infrastructure and equipment. Implement the preventive maintenance program to minimize disruption to the facility operations. May have contact with all ages; pediatrics, adult and geriatric patients/residents.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or currently enrolled in a High School or Trade School.
Preferred:
Two (2) years skilled trades experience or completion of Trade School.
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
Preferred:
- N/A
In lieu of the above minimum requirements, an equivalent combination of experience and certification that fall within the limits of minimum requirements and preferred will be considered.
