Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Systems Engineering and related fields.

The Systems Engineer focuses on the design, construction, testing, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure systems. Key responsibilities include:*
- Investigating and resolving Level 1 issues related to network infrastructure hardware.
- Utilizing standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems.
- Acting as an escalation point for Level 1 issues or incidents.
- Analyzing performance problems and recommending solutions to enhance functionality, reliability, and usability.
- Serving as a liaison between the customer, suppliers, and other technical groups to resolve problems.
- Performing high-level analysis of complex network system integrations.
- Applying specialized knowledge in network infrastructure to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement, and optimize network systems.
- Leading teams to provide advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support.
- Designing, configuring, developing, integrating, and implementing network solutions.
- Leveraging a strong understanding of IT along with considerable knowledge of the industry, business function, or service offering in engagements.

- Install, customize, maintain, test, and troubleshoot operating systems and other system software.
- Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions and prevent recurring problems.
