I. Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the development and maintenance of Web applications based on the Java technology stack.
Implement business logic using the Struts 2 framework to ensure the stability and high - efficiency of system functions.
Write high - quality JSP pages, optimize the front - end display effect, and enhance the user experience.
Participate in system design and assist in solving technical problems.
Write clear technical documentation to ensure code maintainability and team collaboration efficiency.
II. Job Requirements
Technical Skills
Be familiar with the J2EE specification, common design patterns, Java and Web development and applications. Be proficient in object - oriented programming (OOP) and common design patterns. Master open - source frameworks such as SpringBoot, Spring, Mybatis, and caching.
Be familiar with the working principle and usage of the Struts 2 framework, and be able to complete module development independently.
Master JSP technology proficiently, have experience in dynamic page development, and be able to optimize page loading speed and interactive experience.
Be familiar with Servlet and JDBC, and be able to handle backend logic such as database connection and transaction management.
Be familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Jquery, and be able to complete page interaction functions.
Be familiar with common development tools (such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA) and version control tools (such as SVN, Git).
Database
Be familiar with relational databases (such as MySQL, Oracle, Postgresql), and be able to write efficient SQL query statements.
Have basic database design capabilities, and be able to optimize table structures and indexes.
Development Environment
Be familiar with the configuration and deployment of Tomcat and Docker containers.
Have basic Linux operation capabilities, and be able to complete server operation and maintenance tasks.
Other
Have the ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently and autonomously.
Have excellent stress - resistance ability, be good at in - depth technical research, analyze and solve complex problems.
Be able to cope with various challenges through innovative thinking and systematic methods.
Have the ability to read English documents and be able to quickly learn new technologies.
