Staff Accountant (Jersey City, NJ or work remotely in NJ) Provide accounting services to clients pertaining to financial strategy, tax planning, risk management, accounting advisory and short & long term business planning. Provide services to multinational corporate clients regarding their international taxation compliance and tax accounting. Review and prepare transfer pricing documentation requirements; implementation of foreign and domestic tax planning opportunities to minimize both GAAP and cash taxes. Prepare foreign information returns including Form 5471, 5472 and 1119. Coordinate audits by taxation authorities. Review and correct process errors due to incorrect tax filings, inconsistencies in financial entries and reports. Assist in analyzing financial information detailing assets, liabilities and equity. Review client’s mid-year and annual budget. Review business clients’ financial reports and general ledger accounts. Address discrepancies and perform reconciliation of account balances. Assess corporate financial reporting systems for clients and their reporting systems and collection procedures. 126K-130K/yr.
