The Senior Global Security Operations Center Support Operator, assigned to a specific client, supports the client's Global Safety and Security program to maximize overall quality control and help provide quality assurance for any of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)'s services and products.stron

Essential Functions:

Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Gather and manage information and intelligence about domestic and international events pertaining to global security, such as terrorism, natural disasters, and crime trends, as well as international politics and economies to understand the potential impact on areas where the Customer has operational interests using multiple internal and external resources.
Perform quality assurance functions to maintain the integrity of the project.
Monitor geopolitical events that may impact executive travel, company events, and/or operations, and provide periodic and timely reporting.
Effectively analyze relevant threats and produce actionable intelligence deliverables in a timely manner for all incidents.
Create intelligence reports and products, including but not limited to threat assessments and travel risk assessments.
Gathering and maintaining a statistics database across the overall operation via manual and approved software-based methods, with a sense of urgency and the ability to hit key time-stamped SLAs/KPIs when issuing reports.
Provide travel risk support to the Executive Protection Team with actionable intel and monitoring of travel routes and executive residences.
Review and edit the work products of GSOC Support Operators.
Lead their respective shift of GSOC Support Operators and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are adhered to.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to respond to alarms and effectively investigate the root causes for the alarm.
Serve as the direct link and representative lead for their shift to the client's GSOC Management staff.
Support watch floor operations including;
Setting and maintaining criteria;
Incident assessment;
Training, validation, and escalation.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in intelligence, investigations, political science, law enforcement, statistical analysis, or related field and four years of experience working in a GSOC environment, preferably pertaining to protective intelligence or military training. Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $36.06 / hour
