Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Jeffersonville, Ohio
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of desktop and laptop related activities, providing support to our team, and maintaining an efficient help desk.
Responsibilities:
• Managing all desktop applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Installing and configuring all new computers (desktop and laptop)
• Proactively handling Helpdesk activities and offering support to associates
• Facilitating video conference activities and panaboard activities
• Taking charge of user creation and maintenance
• Overseeing basic network connectivity and resolving any hardware issues related to Desktop/Laptop
• Keeping accurate records of all hardware and software license agreements
• Conducting orientation training and continuing education for all associates accessing the computer network
• Supporting emerging specialty systems such as Novar eclectic monitoring, MTS test works, CNC, wastewater treatment monitoring, etc.
• Performing limited after-hours and remote work as required.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Desktop Support Analyst
• Proficiency in Android Development
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
• Experience with Citrix Technologies
• Comprehensive understanding of Computer Hardware
• Knowledge of Dell Technologies
• Ability to work with Active Directory
• Experience handling Apple Devices
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies
