Jay Peak Resort Park Services Attendant - Winter 2024/25 in Jay, Vermont

The Park Services Attendant keeps waterpark areas clean and orderly including the restrooms, Guest Services, patio areas, pool deck and upper mezzanine. Must be willing to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in any public area, working both independently and as part of a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
Empties trash and garbage containers.
Maintains facility, plumbing, and other related maintenance activities as required.
Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Ensures proper stock in supply closets, keeping all required equipment (cleaning materials)
Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk.
Maintains cleanliness immediately outside of facility, as needed, in walkways, on lawns, etc.
May be required to assist in cleaning of hotel rooms or condo units during periods of high guest turnover.
