We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 3 years in insurance or hospital are preferable

  • Fluent in English both oral and written.

  • Highly developed communication & relationship skills

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will:

  • Design and implement various policies and procedures for claims and manage various projects to improve operational effectiveness and customers’ experience

  • Provide services to all business requirements and ensure optimal handling of all claims and investigate all issues.

  • Evaluate all new claims and administer all data integrity data and manage communication to safety department and monitor all complicated claims or any claim exceeding junior authorities to ensure timely closure.

  • Provide training to juniors to manage all outstanding claims and design an efficient duties program and provide admin supports to the team

  • Monitor effectiveness of all programs and provide support to all open claim file reviews and manage all payment cycle to ensure compliance to all contract requirements and claims policies

  • Design and maintain panel of investigators or TPA

  • Analyze all claims to ensure optimal quality and prepare reports for various business units and monitor all claims expenses and provide report and statistic to all management.

  • Provide and recommend improvements in processes to increase proficiency and supervise effective resolution of all claim inquiries.

  • Perform investigation and perform regular surveillance of all claim issues and maintain efficient and effectiveness

  • Schedule all internal and external audits on all claims issues and supervise processing of all claim paid-out

  • Oversee all electronic claims processes and evaluate all self-insurance applications and prepare claims reports/statistic by evaluating to actuarial team

  • Analyze all claims and identify all risks and ensure processing of all claims as per company policy.

  • Forecast all staffing requirements and identify and resolve all issues effectively

  • Identify business problems and solutions, provide user requirements and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure successful implementation of solutions

  • Adjudicate different types of claims of individual products and perform regular audits on junior claim staff, TPA and PI to ensure the quality
