Manulife Indonesia Agency Digital will be accountable to leads project delivery & maintenance related to Agency Digital tools and other automation to support Agency Channel.

We are looking for someone with:
Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Information Technology / System Information
Specialization in industry related programs would be an asset, such as LOMA
Minimum 5 years in Insurance Industry
Have Strong Analysis for Incident
IT Business Analyst Experience
Knowledge in Insurance business
Windows and office
Have an experience for UI/UX in Digital application
Good Communication and Digital Savy
Strong verbal and written skills in English
Strong inter-personal skills in English would be an asset

On the job you will:
Product Vision and Strategy
Report to Head of Agency Digital Innovation
Bug Improvement Responsibilities and Testing and Verification
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand and address bug-related concerns.
Continuous Monitoring: Implement monitoring tools to detect and address bugs in real-time.
Develop Improvement Strategies: Create and implement strategies to improve for Application Quality Performance efficiency and productivity
Monitor and Measure: Track the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives using relevant metrics and data analysis.
Report and Communicate: Prepare and present reports on the status of bug fixes and performance improvements to stakeholders.
Agile Event – Sprint Planning, Triage, and Incident Management
Do PAT and UAT for Release management together with MiPOS and MAIN PO.
Change Management (Socialization, Communication, Train to Train to improve Adoption Rate)
Manage all incident ticket, P1, P2 Incident and Reduce issue together with IT Level 2 and Level 3
Collaborate with Management and other stake holder such as Recruitment Team, AMS, Sales teams and related teams to improve business process and create initiative to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Backlog Management
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
Ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders and the development team.
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into detailed, well-defined user stories
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (e.g., customers, business managers, and marketing teams) and the development team.
Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve the product.
Collaborate with Management and other stake holder such as Recruitment Team, AMS, Sales teams and related teams to improve business process and create initiative to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Sprint Planning and Review
Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand the backlog items and their priorities.
Review completed work and provide feedback to the development team.
Ensure that the team has a clear understanding of the acceptance criteria for each user story.
Release Planning
Define and communicate the product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
Ensure that releases are delivered on time and meet the quality standards.
Roadmap Delivery
Market and User Research
Conduct market research and gather insights to understand user needs and preferences.
Analyze competitive products and market trends to inform product development decisions.
Performance Metrics
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the product.
Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
