Freedom Powersports Service Writer in Jacksonville, Florida
At RideNow Powersports, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and products to our customers. As a leading retailer in the powersports industry, we rely on a talented team to deliver the best experience possible.
We are currently seeking a Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for repairs, maintenance, and other service work. You will greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and document any problems on the repair order. Additionally, you will advise customers on necessary services and costs, review repair orders in progress, and communicate any changes or updates to customers.
The ideal candidate for this role has previous experience in powersports or automotive dealership environments. They have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. They are also detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Previous experience in powersports or automotive dealership environments
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
Detail-oriented and thorough
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Motorcycle endorsement is a plus
