Job Title: Compliance Specialist
Job Description
As a Compliance Specialist, you will maintain accurate and precise records, including line reports, QA programs, and Lotus Notes databases. Your role will involve conducting analysis on products at various stages, including in-process liquid, finished liquid, and finished packaging. You will be responsible for instrument and method development, writing procedures, and training personnel on new techniques. Additionally, you will perform independent mathematical and statistical calculations for records and reports, participate in organoleptic training, and serve as a member of the tasting panel. Your duties will also include performing quality audits of finished products from production lines, conducting fill point checks on the line, making adjustments as required by Tax and Trade Bureau regulations, conducting daily environmental and safety checklists to ensure SOP compliance, reviewing daily processes and operations for regulatory compliance, and compiling information related to manufacturing critical control points to evaluate gaps and areas of improvement in technical trainings.
