Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Operate extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to ensure high-quality production.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Conduct quality checks to meet customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).
- Collaborate with your team to drive continuous improvements in safety, reliability, quality, and waste reduction.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Ability to work a 12 hour shift on our 2-2-3 rotation with having every other weekend off
- At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment.
- Preferred knowledge of extrusion or blow molding equipment.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems and being mechanically inclined is a plus!
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
