Ana iş görevleri

• Ölçüm görevlerinin ve ürün denetimlerinin planlanması ve gerçekleştirilmesi,

• Yeni ürünler ve prototipler için ölçüm programları/analiz konfigürasyonları hazırlamak,

• Mevcut ölçüm programlarının/analiz konfigürasyonlarının/analiz yöntemlerinin bakımı/güncellenmesi,

• Harici ve dahili kalibrasyonların planlanması ve gerçekleştirilmesi,

• Ölçüm ekipman bakımlarının plana göre yapılmasını sağlamak,

• Risk içeren iş adımlarına ilişkin risk analizlerinin yapılmasını sağlamak,

• Ölçüm yöntemlerinin geliştirilmesiyle üretimin desteklenmesi,

• 5S çalışma methodolojisine uygun çalışma ortamını sağlamak,

• Sürekli iyileştirme üzerinde çalışmak,

• Gerektiğinde diğer laboratuvar aktivitelerine destek olabilmek.

Sorumluluklar

• Laboratuvar iş planının takibinin yapılması ve gerekli talimatların hazırlanması,

• Ölçüm sonuçlarının ilgili birimlerle derhal paylaşılması,

• Analiz sonuçlarının müşteri gerekliliklerine uygun olarak sunulması,

• Kalibrasyon planın takibinin yapılması,

• Laboratuvar ekipmanlarının düzgün ve uygun çalıştığının doğrulanması,

• Laboratuvar ekipmanlarının satın alımında, teklif ve satın alım sürecinin gerçekleştrilmesi,

• Laboratuvarda yer alan ekipmanların analiz sonuçlarının ilgili birimlere anlaşılır bir rapor formatında sunulması

Yetkiler

• Gerekli ölçüm ekipmanlarının siparişinin verilmesi,

• Uygun kalibrasyon aralığının belirlenmesi,

• Gerekli labaratuvar malzemelerinin siparişi ve takibi,

• Gerekli labaratuvar ekipmanların yedek parçalarının sipariş edilmesi,

• Müşterinin gereksinimlerine uygun şekilde rapor hazırlanması ,

• Ölçüm sonuçlarının NOK çıkması durumunda üretimi durdurmak için üst kademeye bilgi verilmesi.

Yetkinlik Gereksinimleri

• Ölçüm Teknisyeni veya benzeri ortaöğretim sonrası (Meslek Lisesi, Önlisans, Lisans) eğitim görmüş olmak.

• CMM ’de Camio ve/veya Modus programlarını kullanabilmek.
