Apply now for the position of Senior Marketing Manager, Cardiovascular Ultrasound, NAM and you will join our innovative Ultrasound team based in Issaquah, WA. This is a key position on the North America ultrasound marketing team with strong ties into sales, strategy, and product development. You will make a significant impact that drives positive change and leads to improved financial results by executing strategies and tactics that grow market share for our cardiovascular ultrasound portfolio. This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA office. Your Role: * Analyze and understand the North America cardiovascular ultrasound market segment. Identify marketing strategies, customer needs, competitive trends, etc. to formulate a plan for market share and revenue growth. * Partner with the North America sales organization to execute strategies and tactics that drive achievement of revenue targets by generating awareness, brand loyalty and intent to purchase with customers. * Responsible for identifying and creating marketing assets to support sales and growth initiatives for our cardiovascular business - print and digital advertising, product pricing, sales promotions, product support, new product launches, ROI value propositions, key opinion leader development, evidentiary endorsements, and white papers. * Lead strategy and planning for North American cardiovascular tradeshows. * Develop unique marketing campaigns, tactics and sales enablement tools that focus on how our portfolio: improves patient outcomes, increases clinician and patient satisfaction, reduces costs, and increases patient access to a much-needed imaging modality. * Lead go-to-market activities for new product launches in North America by creating a plan that generates awareness and demand with our customers while also ensuring the sales team has what they need to successfully launch the product. Your Expertise: * Understanding of customers and their imaging needs and how Siemens Healthineers ultrasound can address those needs through systems, software, service, and commercial solutions. * Demonstrated experience creating and executing regional go-to-market plans on time and on budget. * Ability to complete competitive analysis and identify market trends. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives; including but not limited to field sales, legal, regulatory, compliance, clinical, finance, executive management, etc. * Strong work ethic with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines. Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position: * Master's degree or MBA preferred. * 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience in Cardiology / MedTech / Biotech preferred. * The ability to travel 20-30% of the time. * Marketer with ultrasound clinical or sales experience is a plus. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. * Strong critical and creative thinking skills.
