Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Assistant supports sales and company initiatives by managing the flow of product from order entry to ultimate delivery in the most timely and strategic manner, while providing connections between internal and external partners to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and profitability.

They will be responsible for supporting the management of wholesale accounts (boutiques, department stores, online) and assist other team members with work overflow. This position will partner with internal teams and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, timely merchandise deliveries and successful performance/representation of the collection.

They will participate in department projects.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all account operational matters related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including setting up and maintaining accounts, entering and maintaining orders, research and processing of return authorizations, etc

• Ensure accounts shipping needs are being supported and aligned with department strategies

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly shipping initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

• Knowledgeable of Routing Standards and Compliance requirements for assigned accounts. Use this information to maintain accuracy in ERP and internal processes

o Partner as needed with internal teams to identify aspects that will need exemptions/modifications to

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely support to accounts

• Partner with internal teams in support of the work

• Chargeback prevention and resolution

• Responsible for running daily departmental reports and taking action as needed

• Responsible for filling out various forms and maintaining department records

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting account relationships

• Miscellaneous duties including virtual filling, covering for other members of the team, department projects, etc

• This position requires occasional travel to other locations

Required SkillsRequired Experience

Education:

Bachelors Degree Required or equivalent experience

• Entry level experience with ERP software (preferable Blue Cherry) and functions at proficient level in other MS Office programs (particularly MS Excel) and seeks out further knowledge to evolve with business needs

• Proficient in planning, organizing and prioritization of work

• Proactively identifies potential issues and delivering solutions that supports EILEEN FISHER and our accounts

• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

• Strong analytical and strategic thinker

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

The hiring salary range for this role is $24.00- $27.00/hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
