At the Learning and Innovation organization at CISD we do not just plan Training Events, we create unforgettable learning experiences that inspire, connect, and drive impact. Our training events such as Full Field Force, are a core part of how we engage worldwide.
We are looking for a Program Manager of Global Training Events who is passionate about events, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a can-do attitude that turns challenges into opportunities. What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all major global events, including Full Field Force.
Develop creative, engaging, and impactful event experiences that align with business goals.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring every event is executed at the highest level.
Partner closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to define objectives and measure success.
Build and foster strong relationships with vendors, production teams, and external partners.
Embrace innovational explore new event technologies, engagement tactics, and creative formats.
Keep a pulse on industry trends and continuously elevate our event strategy.
Be a problem-solver, a leader, and a motivator bringing enthusiasm and drive to every event.

Data Gathering & Analysis: Collects and synthesizes data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

Influencing: Build and foster strong relationships with vendors, production teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Alignment: Exceptional leadership and communication skills. You can rally a team, manage stakeholders, and inspire confidence at all levels.
Cross-Team Integration: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Program Management: A track record of excellence planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling a set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.

Additional Details:
Work location: Peoria, IL or Dallas, TX.
Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment which requires a minimum of 3 days per week of onsite work.
Domestic relocation assistance is available.
25 – 35% travel globally
Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
