Introduction to Corporate Digital

Corporate Digital is accountable for developing and implementing a One U.S. Bank digital strategy for our Corporate and Commercial customers. The Corporate Digital team creates, defines, and executes on a refined vision and roadmap for the digital transformation across our segment and drives strategic alignment of key programs across multiple lines of business. We aim to create innovative, client-centric digital solutions to build deeper and broader relationships for existing customers and accelerate new client acquisitio

The Data Product Manager, Go-to-Market role will report directly to the SVP, Product Manager, Go-to-Market Leader. Responsible for partnering with the analytics team to ensure tagging developed and reporting is made available across all Corporate Digital initiatives and analyzing and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for each product team and across the Corporate & Commercial Banking segment.

As part of the Corporate Digital segment, the right candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and will proactively hold conversations with product and the business to understand needs by asking the right questions. The person in this role will utilize data to identify gaps and recommend actionable insights, putting together presentations to support and drive in the execution of the go-to-market strategy and defined OKRs/KPIs.

Responsibilities:

· Acquire data from multiple data sources to perform analysis. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data by way of research, design, and business understanding. Provide answers to product and business questions, provide recommendations for action as needed.

· Mining product support tools for insights and troubleshooting

· Partner with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Designers, and Business Lines to support the best solutions for assigned segments.

· Constantly improve customer satisfaction, usability, reliability, and operational efficiency by continually monitoring performance data and KPIs.

· Interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools.

· Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner for ease of consumption to support data driven decisions.

· Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments.

· Support Go-to-Market and Change Management team members to ensure consistent messaging of goals and objectives in data presentation.

· Build dashboards to display KPIs as defined by the Corporate Digital segment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience. Analytics, business and/or finance degrees a plus

· 10+ years of statistical and/or data analytics experience and/or predictive modeling

· 5+ years of experience in Corporate/Commercial banking segments

· Proficient in the use of analytical tools: Power BI, Excel, Tableau, SQL, SAS

· Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and communicate those to business and leadership

· Experience creating PowerPoint presentations that convey actionable insights

· Proven ability to address and build report with business line partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

· Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, and strong attention to detail

· Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

· Demonstrated project management skills

· Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
