Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP of Operations in Irvine, California. Our industry is in need of a strategic leader with a focus on overseeing the Western Region Finance, Corporate & Client Accounting, FP& A, and Facilities Operations. This role is integral to our executive team, servicing a large number of residential units and HOA's. The successful candidate will tackle challenges related to inconsistent revenue streams and associate turnover due to industry impacts, while maintaining high-quality customer service and top-tier associate talent.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead Western Region Finance, FP& A, Corporate & Client Accounting, and Facilities Operations
• Drive growth and profitability in an industry impacted by unpredictable revenue streams
• Maintain an emphasis on financial reporting & forecasting to anticipate both company and client revenue
• Uphold excellent customer service standards while managing a large number of residential units and HOA's
• Retain and nurture top-tier associate talent levels amidst industry challenges and turnover
• Utilize skills in 3M, ADP - Financial Services, Chef, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Communication, and Compliance to ensure effective management and operations. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in 3M software tools
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Must have knowledge of Chef software
• Proficiency in CRM systems is a must
• Should be adept with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Familiarity with About Time software is necessary
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is required
• Must be experienced in handling Budget Processes
• Exceptional Communication skills are essential
• Compliance knowledge and experience is crucial
