Description
We are looking for a licensed attorney to assist our client in reviewing, drafting, and redlining contracts, and assisting in the organization and progression of tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Review contracts thoroughly to ensure compliance with regulations
• Draft contracts with a clear understanding of legal requirements and company policies
• Redline contracts efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the original document
• Interact professionally with clients to address inquiries and provide necessary information
• Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and SOWs.
Requirements
• Licensed attorney - can be from any state.
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in redlining contracts
• Familiarity with industry standards and current regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
