Job Description
In this role, you will manage medium-sized engineering projects, contributing to overarching strategies through the creation of models and strong analytics. You will demonstrate stewardship and manage organizational responsibilities with excellence. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage medium-sized engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Contribute to overarching strategies through the creation of models and strong analytics.
Demonstrate stewardship and manage organizational responsibilities with excellence.
Identify and lead key business building opportunities.
Coach and manage others, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
At least two types of different Engineering roles/experiences.
Proficient in at least four core skills with a balance of core skills at Basic Level or Advanced in at least one core skill, Proficient in at least two core skills, and two additional core skills at Basic.
Ability to coach and manage others.
A degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Proficient in at least four core skills with a balance of core skills at Basic Level OR Advanced in at least one core skill, Proficient in at least two core skills with two additional core skills at Basic.
Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to coach and manage others effectively.
Pay Range: $114,000 - $140,000
