Job Description

In this role, you will manage medium-sized engineering projects, contributing to overarching strategies through the creation of models and strong analytics. You will demonstrate stewardship and manage organizational responsibilities with excellence. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage medium-sized engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Demonstrate stewardship and manage organizational responsibilities with excellence.

  • Identify and lead key business building opportunities.

  • Coach and manage others, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • At least two types of different Engineering roles/experiences.

  • Proficient in at least four core skills with a balance of core skills at Basic Level or Advanced in at least one core skill, Proficient in at least two core skills, and two additional core skills at Basic.

  • Ability to coach and manage others.

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

  • Proficient in at least four core skills with a balance of core skills at Basic Level OR Advanced in at least one core skill, Proficient in at least two core skills with two additional core skills at Basic.

  • Degree in Engineering or related field is required.

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

  • Ability to coach and manage others effectively.

Pay Range: $114,000 - $140,000
