Robert Half Product Support Specialist in Inwood, New York
Description We are in search of a Product Support Specialist to join our team in INWOOD, New York. This role is pivotal in our supply chain operations, requiring strong planning and scheduling capabilities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing unparalleled visibility into our operations, ensuring shipments are on time, every time.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize skills in Database, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, Active Directory, and Computer Hardware to optimize operations
• Provide exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain precise customer credit records, updating as necessary
• Handle customer credit inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Use your knowledge of the automotive industry to contribute to strong planning and scheduling strategies
• Collaborate with the team to ensure shipments are timely and meet the set standards
• Leverage your proficiency in EPICOR SUPPLY CHAIN to enhance supply chain operations
• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook to manage and track data related to customer credit applications and accounts. Requirements • Applicants must possess a strong understanding of Database management
• Proficiency in EO/IR systems is a necessary requirement
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required
• Experience with the 'About Time' software program is desirable
• Proficiency in Active Directory is necessary for this role
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is crucial
• Exceptional Customer Service skills are required
