Job Title: Material Planning Lead
Job Type: Full time; Consultant (6 Months)
Location: Indianapolis, IN, 46241
Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Order Management: verifies material availability, documentation readiness and confirmation of deliveries to site
Ensure material availability in line with the approved production plan
Ensure daily MRP oversight for all BOM material, analysis of requirements
Own MRP relevant data and materials technical specifications
Coordinate with warehouse and Quality department to ensure the relevant activities are completed in line with the production needs
Manage planning & logistics for sample testing at external test sites
Control and follow-up of supplier’s service level indicators: Quality OTIF, lead-time violation
Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliation of raw materials in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Lead action plans to achieve supplier delivery performance targets and drive for continuous improvement
Requirements:
3 years of material planning experience at a minimum
Must be familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems. Examples include Microsoft Dynamics D365 and SAPPrefer BS in Technology / Engineering / Business Management
Pay Details: $30.77 to $39.46 per hour
