Precision Facility Group Facility Maintenance Lead in Indianapolis, Indiana
Job Overview This is a full-time on-site role for an On-Site Facility Maintenance Lead located in Greenfield, IN. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project operations directed by onsite manager, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with various on-site personnel, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site maintenance tasks and facility services to ensure they are executed efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members in project scope, techniques and customer service best practices.
- Develop and maintain a positive client relationship, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Obtain and complete daily work orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) for the site, ensuring work is performed to high standards and within budget.
- Oversee payroll processes and reporting to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation of you and your onsite team.
- Implement organizational strategies to enhance efficiency and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the onsite operations team to improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities we can assist our client.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a minimum (2) years experience with driving a 26' box truck with lift gate.
- Ability to pass a background comprehensive background check.
- Proven experience with basic hand and power tools, along with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
