Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician with expertise in AC and DC drive configuration, PLC and HMI programming, and various instrumentation devices including thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics, ensuring the proper operation of equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation.
Responsibilities:
Install electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics.
Utilize multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Work with 480v systems, including installing and replacing components.
Program, inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation devices, and related information systems.
Ensure compliance with National Electrical Codes (NEC) requirements as they pertain to the facility
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in the extrusion industry
Expertise with thermocouples, transducers, and temperature controllers
Proficiency in 480v troubleshooting
Understanding of PLC programming, specifically Allen Bradley
Knowledge of DC motors, drives, and heater circuits

The pay range for this position is $64251.20 - $78000.00/yr.
