This position is with an Indiana County Non-Profit Organization.  This position is responsible for managing the organization's finances and financial systems and ensuring finances and systems are compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), statutory requirements and federal, state, grantor regulations and outcomes.  The position also directs all agency financial matters including receipt, withdrawal and disbursement of monies, maintenance of account records and preparation of financial statements and reports, including the Schedule of Federal Expenditures and Awards for Single audit.  In addition, this position is responsible for all audit related activities and payroll processing including yearend W2 and 1099 forms.  This position is also responsible for all finance related reports to the Board of Directors, the Finance Committee, auditors and grantors.  This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, two to five years fund accounting and non-profit related experience, minimum of one to three years of experience in managing contracts and budgets preferred, but not requied.  Required experience in QuickBooks and a working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.  This is a full time position with benefits to include health and vision coverage, paid sick, vacation, personal and holiday time.
