Job Description
- Responsible for planning, designing, evaluating, and improving all aspects of the manufacturing processes at an assembly operation
- Will support plant equipment and automation to improve feasibility and output
- Will identify weaknesses and justify investments to the processes
- Will design tooling and fixturing
- Will develop and revise SOP's for the assembly process and find ways to continuously improve the product flow
Key Requirements
- 2.5+ years of experience out of metal product
- Strong understanding of dynamic mechanical systems
- Associates degree is preferred but will take experience in lieu of degree
