JOB DESCRIPTION: Janitorial Production Worker IIORGANIZATIONAL SALARY LEVEL: \$17.20 With Benefits FCE
REPORTS TO: Service Contract Supervisor Judy Ashley
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: None
SCHEDULE: Typically, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm - 8-hour day shift as assigned with occasional weekends and variable hours as needed to fulfill contract requirementsor Hours assigned to the crew

JOB PURPOSE: To further the mission of Development Workshop, Inc. by performing the janitorial services necessary to maintain the assigned building as per contract specifications.
JOB SCOPE: Assigned Contract Site, schedule as needed to fulfill requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
oClean restrooms
oVacuum
oDust and polish surfaces including wood trim, counter tops, etc.
oWash glass surfaces, windows and doors
oClean rooms and public areas as assigned
oSweep and mop floors
oClean and polish drinking fountains
oRemove trash
oVacuum or sweep carpet mats and floor runners
oWash rags, mop heads and other items using washer and dryer
oFold clean rags and place in bins for transport and storage
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum one-year janitorial experience. Ability to work independently and to take orders from multiple individuals. Must be able to complete work in a timely manner as set by the contract and the Janitorial Supervisor. Must be able to obtain and maintain a positive background clearance. Must be able to pass a drug test.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Taking direction
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums
- Holding or moving items
HELPFUL SKILLS
- Ability to read product labels
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach
- May be required to engage in repetitive movement for short periods of time
- Tolerance for being aroundscents
- Lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
