Primary Responsibilities:

• Consult and enable EMR Migration/Data Conversion/ETL strategy (Practice Management/Clinical data management/ Ambulatory Care)

• Conceptualize and enable Data conversion solution along with the Data factory team

• understanding Extraction, mining of data from a variety of EMR data sets – Relational DB, XML, Flat files etc.

• Define solution strategy for EMR Data migration and conversion

• Analyzing different source EMR dataset for PM and Clinical data extraction

• Understanding the difference between source and target data schemas to properly map between systems

• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server, T SQL to design and develop SQL Stored procedures, functions and Views Requirements documentation for EMR data migration /conversion specifications

• Document’s data conversion defects, enhancements and communicates changes to solution teams

• Provides support for testing team for interface and data conversion changes

• Assists with activation readiness

• Documents interface requirements, documentation, and coordinates sign-off

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 - 10 years EMR Data Migration/ETL/Consulting/implementation/Data Reporting experience

• Experience in EMR/EHR Data Extraction and migration especially electronic health records with practice management, Clinal data management, Ambulatory Care, and patient portal solutions

• Experience in US Provider Healthcare Industry with EMR Data Migration /Conversion /implementation consulting

• Experience in SQL Server, ETL, SSIS, T-SQL, Functions, Stored Procedure

• Any experience working on CCD, Health Level standard (HL7) or FHIR standards

• Proven good understanding of US healthcare industry

• EPIC / Athena/ eClinical Works / Allscripts Touchworks and Other EMR data structure knowledge for Data migration /conversion of legacy EMR to Target EMR

• Integration of the above-mentioned systems with third party systems

• Proven excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills

• Solid ability to pay attention to details

• Proven excellent time and resource management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Understanding and hands on exposure with middleware interface engine (Ensemble, Rhapsody, Mirth, any other)
