As a member of one of the most innovative and fastest-growing groups at Pega, you will work closely with talented engineers and product owners across the globe (US/EU/India) to build a highly scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) offering.

In this role, you’ll help us lead a team that will design, develop, implement, test, deploy, and operate the features and functionality that power Pega Application development and deployment. What You'll Do at Pega:
As a Manager you will lead a team of highly skilled individual contributors
You will have two main areas of responsibilities:
Development of individual team members, which includes coaching, mentoring, and motivation
Provide opportunities for team members to grow their careers
Take part in the end to end recruitment process from attracting to onboarding
As a people manager you will engage and develop a high performing team aligned with Pega’s core values
Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and quality in line with the company values
As a Manager, you will supervise the day to day work of the Team, guiding on technical aspects, communicating goals, and measuring progress toward those goals.
Work closely with product managers, engineers

Exposure to DevOps, AWS, Kubernetes is a plus.
Exposure to integration technologies like XML, JSON, REST, SOAP.
Strong understanding of Pega Technology with design skills.
What You've Accomplished:
Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with good academic record
Strong understanding of latest technologies and in-depth hands-on experience in a few. Preferably a CSA/CSSA
Expertise in Core Java,, CSS and Javascript.
