Job Description
We are currently seeking an Engineer I, Field Service who demonstrates exceptional technical skills to join our world-class Engineering team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. Responsibilities:
Determine customer needs and provide flawless on-site support and service for our Ion Chromatography equipment.
Successfully implement preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with teams from different departments to enhance processes and foster innovation.
Compete projects within strict timelines and budget constraints
Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 1-2years of experience in field service or a similar role
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in maintaining and repairing Analytical equipment(LC/GC/ IC)
