Key Responsibilities :

  • Processing of the day-to-day Cash Management operations, comprises incoming, outgoing transfers, deposit placements, cheques and SD transactions

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of Cash Management transactions

  • Knowledge of local regulations and international Anti-Money laundering guidelines pertaining to sanctions monitoring and compliance

  • Payment investigation & reconciliation experience

  • Deliver professional and reliable service to internal and external customers with a sense of urgency

  • Assist manager of Back Office to ensure that the Bank’s policies, guidelines, control, regulatory, AML and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to.

  • Ensure that areas of non-compliance if any highlighted by auditors and compliance officers are followed up promptly and staff are briefed accordingly to prevent recurrence

  • Contribute to various process improvement and other projects as allocated.

  • Review and ensure operational problems, complaints and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactory

  • Review new products and requirements with Business Units and set up procedures accordingly to ensure such delivery to customers

  • GSC is a Global Shared Service Centre which offers accounting services to many DSM components

  • The goal is to provide effective, efficient, and customer-oriented service delivery, based on a one-year

  • Service Agreement. Service delivery incorporates accounting-to-report (included fixed assets), project

  • accounting, accounts payable accounting, operational purchasing, payroll accounting, handling travel and

  • expense claims, and cash management.

    You Bring

  • Experience of 2 to 5 years in banking operations preferably in payments(local/Swift) , Hedging and FX and Currency valuations

  • Reasonably sound knowledge in Payment releases and treasury payment releases

  • Past experience on projects linked to process review and /or with various project team to contribute towards operational requirements, testing and Change management.

  • Process Bank Statements in SAP, Hedging, Booking of Bank Statements

  • Control and Analysis of relevant bank balance accounts,Make proposals for required General Ledger postings

  • Monitor outstanding debtors and creditors.Overview of Purchase To Pay (PTP) / OTC processes (Essential) . SAP preferred

  • Releasing of payments through Treasury. Solve rejected payments, process salary payments, reconciliations. Match in-house cash with Treasury System.
