Google Buying and Order Management Specialist in Hyderabad, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.

  • 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting vendor operations.

  • 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.

  • 3 years of experience in the Source to Pay (S2P) roles in the technology industry.

  • Experience in vendor operations and program management, and with designing, launching, and optimizing operational processes.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing data to identify business and process improvements.

  • Experience in Finance ERP systems, particularly in the Procure to Pay domain, spanning transformation initiatives and system design.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to document and present complex problems and solutions clearly and concisely.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Buying and Order Management team. This includes managing the purchasing, invoicing, payment, and ordering processes for goods and services. You will have an understanding of the source to pay process and design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes associated with Buying and Order Management.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Buying and Order Management team, including purchasing, invoicing, payment, and ordering processes.

  • Design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes associated with Source to Pay (S2P).

  • Monitor and analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to align on Source to Pay processes.
