Nexeo Staffing Customer Service Representatives in HYDE PARK, Utah

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hyde Park,UT. In this role,you will be responsible for answering customer phone calls and emails,providing assistance with products,and addressing any related inquiries. You will receive comprehensive training and will have access to scripts to support you in effectively communicating with customers.

*Responsibilities *

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about the products and assist with product-related questions.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Process orders,returns,and exchanges according to company policies.

Utilize provided scripts and training materials to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Willingness to learn about Camp Chef's products and procedures.

Strong attention to detail.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

$16.50 Per Hour

*Schedule *

Option 1: Monday,Tuesday,Thursday,Friday (7:30 am - 5:30 pm)

Option 2: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Friday (7:30 am - 5:30 pm)
