Program Execution and Business Change Manager

Job Description:

As a Program Execution and Business Change Manager you will be accountable for delivering major, complex program and project delivery for Sage globally. You will have the opportunity to take the lead in shaping the strategy and approach to programs and projects, setting direction, creating plans, and defining and managing resources to deliver against the needed deliverables. You will also be responsible for the successful delivery and adoption of business change across critical projects. To be successful in this role you must understand the business community, the project demands, and the capability of the business to absorb changes. You will work closely with the Project teams to deliver business change across the region. You will also be engaging with colleagues across Sage to capture, analyze, and document needs for business change projects.

• Delivering multiple, complex, global projects and programs concurrently.

• Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix and virtual environment.

• Define and apply strategy to achieve project and program benefits.

• Supporting definition of best practice in project and program management across Sage.

• Quickly build meaningful relationships, with strong influencing and negotiation skills at all levels within the organization.

• Partner with stakeholders to create and align projects and programs and develop quality relationships to influence stakeholders.

• Work with global and regional business stakeholders and functional leadership to deliver projects and programs effectively.

• Work closely with colleagues and support Sage’s strategy and objectives.

• Work within the business change framework to deliver value to the organization.

• Land change on key programs and projects.

• Provide constant communication between stakeholders and architects.

• Ensure that change is accepted, understood, and adopted by employees.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, change management, and analysis.

• Strong commercial acumen while supporting project-oriented environments.

• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

• Highly collaborative and capable of building good working relationships across the organization.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams and being able to work under own initiative under tight timeframes.

• Great presence with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
