Introduction

This is an opportunity to Lead UX design efforts and to be a key member of microservices-backed web development team primarily using React and other web technologies.

**Please note. This position requires working onsite at our Hursley location 3 days per week.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Coordinate with Leadership to implement new cross-BU tooling deliverables.

Lead UX Design by creating mock-ups, coordinating Enterprise Design Thinking sessions, and implementing high-quality interfaces.

Apply IBM Design libraries (i.e. Carbon) to create font-ends based upon UX deliverables mock-ups, prototypes, etc.

Create and maintain secure interfaces using Security & Privacy by Design (SPbD). Coordinate with back-end developers (as needed) to ensure complete application security.

Deploy to strategic IBM hosting solutions and support enterprise functions for IBM deployments (i.e. w3ID/SSO)

Work in an Agile team environment.
