Title:
FMS Program Analyst
The US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) is hiring an FMS Program Analyst.
KBR prefers someone with experience in reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to, PATRIOT, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), and the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS). Coordinates with the Program Management Offices (PMOs), Industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & LOAs in response to a foreign entity or COCOM request. Provide support for requested foreign visits to the US in anticipation of meetings related to platforms. Assist PMOs in identifying defense requirements, provide information to assist in writing an LOA, support discussions with industry regarding pricing and schedule, and answer inquiries that could result in an LOR for LOA. Prepare Pricing and Availability (P&A) and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) data, to include pricing and notes. Draft memorandums of request for action items. Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary. Assist in preparing updates for COP/CEA 7 reports. Assist in planning, executing and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings.
Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Individual must have or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
