We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Specialist to process payroll accurately and on time, maintain payroll records, handle inquiries, ensure compliance, and collaborate with HR and finance. If you have a strong background in payroll, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, we invite you to be part of our supportive and collaborative team. This role is on site 5 days per week!
salary: $63,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage payroll for a large employee base
Verifying timecards
Process all deductions, taxes, and garnishments
Review and reconcile payroll reports
Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations
Work with HR and finance team to implement payroll process
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records including employee info and tax forms
