Resumen
La función principal del Administrador de Seguridad y Salud de Terreno es brindar apoyo al
equipo de gestión de seguridad y salud del proyecto.
Responsabilidades Claves
Actuar como superusuario del sistema de gestión de información de salud y seguridad de Hatch.
Mantener bases de datos y hojas de cálculo de estadísticas de seguridad, auditorías e inspecciones.
Mantener registros de aislamientos y portacandados.
Mantener el registro de vehículos en el sitio.
Gestionar el registro de informes e investigaciones de incidentes, incluido el seguimiento de las acciones y cierres.
Asignar números de incidentes del proyecto y garantizar que las notificaciones iniciales se distribuyan correctamente
Emitir informes de incidentes y mantener un registro de distribución.
Cotejar las horas de obra de la fuerza laboral de construcción e informar/publicar semanal y mensualmente estadísticas internas y externas
Ayudar con la preparación y presentación del material de capacitación.
Preparar material informativo y presentar inducciones al sitio.
Tomar actas y registros de la reunión matutina y de la reunión mensual de gestión de seguridad.
Gestionar y mantener sistemas de información y formación sobre seguridad.

Calificaciones y Experiencia
Esenciales
Cinco años de experiencia como administrador en el ámbito de seguridad, construcción o ingeniería.
Comprensión de los desafíos de trabajar en una ubicación remota
Un alto nivel de conocimientos informáticos.
Un alto nivel de habilidades organizativas
Un alto nivel de habilidades interpersonales
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma dentro de un entorno de equipo.
