Nvidia Product Test Engineer, NPI focus in Hsinchu, Taiwan
We are looking for a creative and experienced Product Test Engineer.

What you’ll be doing:
Bringup wafer sort program for NPI and ramp up for production.
Wafer sort production sustaining for AI/GPU/CPU/Automotive, support to REL, DPPM, Yield Enhancement, RMA, EFA, and Test Cost Reduction.
Deploy ultimate low-forcehigh bandwidthlow loss*high current capacity electrical interface and adaptive thermal control for advance single-die and multiple-dies probing
Integration of data management and tool automation cross multiple CP process for manufacturing from incoming to outgoing
Response for hold lot disposition, collaboration with functional team to monitor the yield trend and solve any production issue and secure for wafer delivery .
Support cost reduction and inefficiency waste study for margins improvement and wafer foundries for test yield enhancement, quality & reliability team for anomaly outlier rejection.
Initiating & Standardizing CP production process flow, data management for DFM.
Sustaining CP production, subcon management, and driving the performance/efficiency/availability of production capability and capacity from OSAT operation.
What we need to see:
BS or MS degree on EE/CS with min. of 4 years of working experience is highly preferred. Good interpersonal communication skill, good English in verbal/written.
Experience in either C++, C, Perl, Awk/Sed, Python, Tcl/Tk, Ruby.
Good in time management.
Experience with statistical tools, such as Excel, Matlab, SPSS, SAS(JMP)
Either knowledge of DFT, VLSI, automotive(AEC-Q100), GPU chip testing, failure mode analysis, and IC process is good to have.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Certificated by Advantest 93000 fundamental training, UFlex/T2000/Other ATE experience is plus.
VB or unix shell, JAVA, Perl, SED/AWK, Python script programming.
Knowledge of vertical/MEMS probe card probing, be able to drive the probing problem solving from the supplier/vendor is preferred.
Optical/Electrical measurement, commonality/cross check, machine learning, and EFA knowledge.
