For our Operations team, we are looking for an L2 Support Specialist with a strong technical background and administrative skills to support our IT environment. If you have experience with troubleshooting, system administration, and providing technical support, this role is for you!
Your role in our future:
Providing L2 technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving software, and system issues.
Administering IT platforms and ensuring proper system configurations.
Configuring our Office365 Collaboration platform to ensure optimal performance and accessibility.
Performing system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure a stable IT environment.
Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and effective issue resolution.
Assisting with IT projects, migrations, and deployments as needed.
Your profile:
Strong technical background with experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as PowerShell, Power BI, or other scripting tools is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to provide technical support to end-users.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
