Insight Global Records management analyst in Houston, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a records management analyst for an oil and gas client located in downtown houston. This Analyst will lead the Records process with a variety of applications, protocols, and workflows to process, load, and maintain pipeline asset, integrity, and performance data (pipeline data) for use in safety compliance and effective decision-making for the organization. This person will also assist with the Construction Quality Management System (CQMS) process to ensure that project lessons learned are captured and applied to new projects throughout the lifecycle, as well as development or updates to any applicable project standards or processes. Additionally, this position will assist in tracking and managing approvals for the project gating process.

Skills and Requirements
1+ years of records & file management experience (oil and gas preferred)
Data storage and management experience
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working onsite 3 days pers week
Self-motivated and open to learning BS Degree null
