Job Position:B2B Sales Reprsentative

Location:Houston, TX 77095

Pay Rate:$18-$20/hour + Uncapped Commission

Shift:Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

Description:

TheOutside Sales Repwill play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and acquiring new clients. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, a strategic approach to sales and the ability to close deals effectively.

Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

  • Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies across various channels.

  • Identify and qualify potential leadsand engage topotential customers into loyal clients.

  • Conduct business-to-business visits to introduce staffing services.

  • Place a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.

  • Collect contact information and coordinate appointments with interested prospects.

  • Assess prospect's needs and preferences to provide tailored staffing solutions.

  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and address objections.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting

  • Adhere to company policies and values during interactions

  • Maintain regular follow-up communication to nurture leads.

  • Move potential customers through the sales funnel.

  • Negotiate terms and service agreements.

  • Ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor for building rapport with potential clients

  • Ability to establish trust and make a positive impression

  • Role often involves facing rejection and overcoming obstacles

  • Candidates should possess resilience, persistence, and the ability to maintain motivation when encountering challenges

  • Sense of Urgency

  • Ability to prepare rate quotes, proposals and follow up letters

  • Experience with maintaining sales quotas and heavy phone contact

  • Computer experience

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition preferably in the staffing industry

  • Previous experience with lead generation, customer outreach, digital marketing, or advertising campaigns

  • Ability to travel

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales software
